We gladly accept returns within one week of receipt for most items in new condition. Once we receive your parcel in our warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued.
How do I make a return?1. Please return all parcels to 157 Beckett street, Arcadia, Pretoria, 0007, within one week of Purchase. Please ensure that the items are not damaged, all labels are still intact and that the original packaging is still allocated around the items. Damaged Items shall sadly not be returned or refunded.
How will I get my refund？Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment account as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fees and guarantee fees are non-refundable.
